Where Kids Love Learning Again,
Family Is Honored, & Elite Athletics and Education Align.
Willow Academy was created after recognizing the biggest problem families face. Children were being asked to juggle school, athletics, and homework in nonstop cycles from 7 AM to 10 PM. Families were told this imbalance was normal.
Willow believes students deserve better. We combine strong academics, elite athletics, and a development model that brings life back into a healthy rhythm.
It is the school families need but cannot find, and it is just the beginning.
Mastery Academics
Students learn through a mastery based model where understanding guides progress. Each student controls their pace, reaches mastery before moving on, and receives support the moment they need it.
Leadership and Identity
Success grows from emotional strength, personal responsibility, and wise decision making. Willow develops these traits through intentional training that teaches students how to lead under pressure and understand who they are becoming.
Integrated Athletics
Elite athletic training with professional coaches happens throughout the school day. Students develop at a high level while protecting their evenings, their rest, and their balance. They grow as athletes without losing their life outside of sports.

Students complete academics through AI-informed, mastery-based personalize education. Students move forward when they truly understand, with teachers and coaches supporting mastery, confidence, and momentum.
While Willow Academy itself is part of a broader educational initiative, we work with a partner institution to deliver our academic program, consistent with established quality and continuous improvement standards. This collaboration helps ensure our academic model meets quality expectations and is supported by historically strong test performance.
With academics finished, students have the full afternoon for development inside our unique training environment. Students are developed through Soccer, Futsal, and Flag Football***, supported by sports performance training focused on strength and conditioning, speed and agility, movement mechanics, recovery, and injury prevention.
Alongside training, students build leadership and real-life skills, including communication and speech, critical thinking, time management, decision making, entrepreneurship, personal finance, and personal health, so they grow into strong students and grounded leaders.
*** We plan to add more club sports-Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, & Lacrosse as we grow and more Willow Academy campuses come online.

Yes. Sports participation is part of the model. Every student is developed through athletics because it builds discipline, confidence, leadership, and team culture.
Beginning in Fall 2026, we are planning to offer a comprehensive, multi-sport model designed to support athletic development, skill mastery, and long-term performance. The sports we are currently planning to feature include:
This list reflects our current planning and development priorities and is subject to change based on final staffing, facilities, partnerships, and enrollment demand. Final sport offerings and program details will be confirmed and announced closer to launch.
Training happens inside the school-day rhythm instead of late evenings. That means more rest, more stability, and a healthier routine for kids and families.
Yes. Willow will have real, highly qualified teachers in the building every day.
We are hiring master-level retired teachers and strong teachers who are ready to step out of the traditional model and help us build the classrooms of the future. Our teachers are not replaced by technology. They are elevated by it.
With AI-informed, mastery-based learning, teachers spend less time repeating lessons and more time doing what matters most: guiding students, coaching mastery, building confidence, supporting emotional regulation, and developing capable, grounded leaders.
Our classes run at a 1:25 ratio, which is in line with typical class sizes you’ll see in many Texas schools.
Coaching Standards & Credentials
Our coaching standard is built on elite credentials, proven experience, and a unified development philosophy across all sports we serve.

Willow Academy follows Texas guidelines for limiting device use during the school day. Students may bring a phone, but it must stay on silent and stored from arrival until dismissal. Smartwatches must remain in School Mode or silenced for the entire school day. Students may listen to music with headphones or AirPods during designated study times, as long as devices stay on silent and are used appropriately. Phones and smartwatches are not permitted during academics, training, or transitions. All daytime communication goes through campus staff to protect focus and safety.
Willow Academy will support students with learning differences, including those with 504 Plans and IEPs. Our mastery based, personalized academic model naturally provides many of the same accommodations used in traditional settings. Students move at their own pace, receive one on one guidance during the school day, and have access to 24/7 academic support through the Alpha learning system. Our Willow Team also includes a teacher with a Master of Education, Special Education endorsements, and 504 training who helps ensure the right supports are in place. While we do not create new IEPs, we honor existing plans and partner with families to build a learning environment where students with learning differences can thrive.
Starting in the 2026–2027 school year, we plan to expand beyond our Spring foundation and build broader programming with higher-level development pathways for boys and girls K–12. This next phase is focused on depth, competitiveness, and long-term athlete progression across multiple sports.
We are planning to expand club and advanced programming in the following areas:
These additions are designed to complement our core model while offering stronger competitive and development opportunities across sports.
We are building higher-level pathways that include:
Each pathway will be structured to meet athletes where they are, while providing clear progression for those pursuing advanced competition.
Futsal
We are expanding futsal programming for boys and girls with higher-level training blocks focused on:
Athletes will benefit from rotating coaches and exposure to our broader coaching and club network to accelerate development and adaptability.
Flag Football
We are strengthening the competitive flag football track by introducing NFL-level coaching exposure alongside our elite sports performance staff. Development will focus on:
Training is supported by advanced sports performance programming emphasizing speed, agility, strength, movement mechanics, recovery, and injury prevention.
For soccer athletes, we provide exposure to both professional and collegiate pathways through partners connected to United Soccer League, Major League Soccer, National Women’s Soccer League, and semi-professional environments.
We also maintain relationships with professional clubs in:
Students receive guidance aligned with NCAA standards, including recruiting education, performance expectations, and preparation for competing at the next level.
Throughout the year, athletes will experience rotating coaches to expose them to diverse coaching styles and higher levels of instruction. Additional opportunities include international training and scouting trips at professional academies, as well as expanded exposure to our national and international network of coaches and clubs.
